Refund & Replacement Policy

At 369 Tesla, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the process as simple as possible. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

Full Replacement — Within 7 Days

100% Replacement
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full replacement within 7 days of purchase.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted with proof (photo/video of the defect).
  • The replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification.
  • This applies to study materials, books, and course materials.

50% Refund — Within 14 Days

Course Cancellation
  • If you are not interested in continuing the course, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of enrollment.
  • A 50% refund of the course fee will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days will not be entertained.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Any bonus materials, free resources, or access provided must be returned/revoked.

Printed Materials — Strictly No Refund

Non-Refundable
  • All printed study materials, books, and hard-copy resources are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once dispatched, printed materials cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Only replacement is available for damaged/defective printed materials (within 7 days).
  • Please verify your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Refund/replacement requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID / Enrollment Number.
  2. Any attempt to misuse the refund policy will result in permanent account suspension.
  3. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during purchase.
  4. Partial course access (e.g., video watched, tests attempted) will be considered while processing refund.
  5. If more than 25% of course content has been accessed, no refund will be provided.
  6. Group discounts, promotional offers, and combo package purchases are non-refundable.
  7. The management reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  8. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Bodinayakanur, Tamil Nadu courts only.
